Our Mission:

The Leadership Enrichment and Development Academy is a home for those that struggle with life-challenging issues. We create a “familial” home-like environment that connects residents to community resources through active partnerships. This enables residents to interact in a way that not only shapes their own recovery, but that of their communities’ well-being. Healing, living and learning together are transforming lives and building safe, healthy neighborhoods.
